- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.
- Clients are responsible for third-party risks, onsite safety, and compliance beyond our scope.

- Non-payment or delayed payment

- Termination does not absolve the client from paying for services rendered up to the termination date.
